By accessing DesiDeals, creating an account, listing a business or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Retailer accounts may only be created by the business owner or an authorised representative of the business being listed.

Accounts are created and secured using a verified mobile number. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and for all activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. One mobile number may hold both customer and retailer roles on the same account.

Retailers may create business profiles containing contact details, address, working hours, photos, products, services and offers. You confirm that you have the right to publish all content you upload, including images, logos and trade names.

Every business is manually reviewed before it becomes publicly visible. We may request supporting documents such as GST, PAN, licences or ownership proof. A verification badge indicates that our review was completed; it is not a guarantee of service quality or business conduct. We may request changes, reject, suspend or remove a listing that fails verification.

Offers, deals and coupons submitted by retailers are reviewed before publication. Offers must be genuine, clearly worded, honourable at the listed business and must state accurate validity dates, usage limits and conditions. Material edits to a live offer may return it to the review queue.

Coupon terms, validity periods, per-user limits and total usage limits are set by the retailer. Coupons must be redeemed in the manner described on the offer page and cannot be resold or transferred for value. Offers are honoured by the retailer, not by DesiDeals.

• Use reviews and reports honestly, based on genuine experience.
• Verify offer validity and terms with the business before making a purchase.
• Respect retailers, other users and our support team.

• Ensure all listing, product and offer details are accurate and current.
• Honour published offers for their stated validity period and conditions.
• Respond fairly to customer queries, complaints and redemption disputes.
• Comply with all applicable licences, tax obligations and consumer protection laws.

• Submitting fake businesses, forged documents or misleading offers.
• Impersonating another person, business or brand.
• Posting unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful or infringing content.
• Scraping, bulk data extraction, or automated abuse of the platform.
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, redemptions or analytics.
• Attempting to bypass security, access controls or moderation.

The DesiDeals name, logo, design, software and compiled content are owned by DesiDeals and protected by applicable law. Content uploaded by retailers remains theirs; by uploading it, you grant DesiDeals a non-exclusive licence to display, resize and promote it on the platform and in related marketing.

We may warn, suspend, restrict or terminate an account and remove content that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, harms users, or exposes DesiDeals to legal risk. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and allow corrections to be submitted for review.

DesiDeals is a discovery platform. We are not a party to any transaction between a customer and a business, and we do not sell, deliver or guarantee any product or service listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesiDeals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a purchase, offer redemption, listing inaccuracy or interaction with a listed business.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or relating to DesiDeals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
