All offers, discounts, coupons and deals shown on DesiDeals are created and published by the respective businesses. Although each offer is reviewed before going live, the business alone decides its terms, validity and conditions.
2. Prices may change without notice
Prices, discount percentages and final amounts displayed on the platform can be revised by the business at any time. The price charged at the store or point of sale is the final price.
3. Availability is not guaranteed
An offer may be withdrawn, paused, sold out or limited in quantity before its stated end date. DesiDeals does not guarantee that any listed offer, product or service will be available when you visit the business.
4. Businesses are responsible for their products and services
Each business is solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, pricing, warranty and after-sales support of the products and services it offers, and for honouring the offers it publishes.
5. Please verify before you buy
Customers should verify offer validity, terms and applicable conditions with the business before making a purchase — by phone, WhatsApp or in person. Keep a copy of the offer page or coupon code when you visit.
6. DesiDeals provides the discovery platform only
DesiDeals only provides the discovery platform. We are not a seller, agent or guarantor of any transaction and are not liable for losses arising from a purchase, redemption or interaction with a listed business. A listing or verification badge confirms our review process was completed; it is not an endorsement of business conduct.
